Frontpage Sections not Showing

I’ve contacted you previously on the issue, however your response was not very helpful.

I’d like to get access to editing the front page through the FrontPage Sections. However, there’s no such menu item in my customizer, no matter what I do, all the instructions included in the theme followed.

As far as I can see, sometimes some other users (even with different themes) encouner this problem, too, but none of their solutions helped me.

I also tried completely uninstalling the theme + deleting the folder on FTP, so that I could install it with all the settings reset to the initial. However, this didn’t work either and when I installed it again, all the settings were as before.

When I contacted you with the form on your website, first you repeated the theme instructions and then suggested I get the Pro version to get extended support.

Well, that’s lovely. I really like your themes except for this problem, and I’d love to buy a Pro plan. However why would I do that if so far the free version isn’t working as supposed too and there’s no support on a basic feature? Should I expect the same after purchasing a Pro plan, thus having my funds wasted?
