Frontpage Section missing

    Hi @rodicaelena,

    I have created a new site using Llorix One Light and had everything set up with all the sections. Yesterday I tried to do editing in the the “Front Page Sections” but the whole section is missing and I can’t find it to edit it.

    Our Ribbon, Contact page and footer are missing and our homepage won’t load but we can see all the other pages.

    Hope to get some support as it suddenly changed yesterday as we had everything set up. Our site is Vitalite

  • Im not part of the theme support, but use it frequently.

    Have you, by any chance, deleted the plugin llorix one lite companion? This plugin is what lets you add and delete sections.

    If not, better wait for theme support.

    No I haven’t deleted the plugin llorix one lite.

    From what I can see, I think there may be something to do with caching. Can you please try to deactivate the W3 Total Cache plugin and see if this helps?

    I deactivated the plugin but it still doesn’t work.

    With W3 Total Cache deactivated can you please try to remove the images from the testimonials options, if you still have access to customize the theme? From the source of the page, I can see that the page loads until the testimonials. I think maybe the image got broken when the cache plugin tried to cache it or something.

    Yes the source of the page loads until the testimonials. However I don’t have access now to be able to customize that theme. I had deleted a picture yesterday in it so that could be that an image is broken.

    What can I do if I can’t access the customization option?

    If you don’t have access to customize the theme, the only solution would be access the database and delete the image from there.

    I had the same problem – and got it solved by deactivating some plugins.
    In my case it was the Cryout Serious Theme Settings.
    Try deactivating plugins

    Hi Rodica,

    We’ve deleted all of the images from the Testimonial section on our database. The theme still isn’t updated and the images actually still appear in the Testimonial section when we look at the “customization” version.

    Is there another place where we should delete them?
