Frontpage loading after child theme

Hello, I was having trouble editing my tempera child theme and I’ve been working with someone on the www.remarpro.com support site. One thing he noted is that the frontpage stylesheet is loading after the child theme stylesheet, so the coding has to include more specific info than what is normally required. This is the thread:
Can you offer any insight as to why the child theme stylesheet does not load last?
