    Recently, I had come across issues to do with updating images on frontpage. Hence I contacted the support team and got a response quite promptly with the steps to follow to identify the cause. Following the steps mentioned in the support email, I was able to locate the culprit plugin (Optimole – image optimization plugin serves images as cache) and after deactivating the plugin, the image not updating issue was resolved promptly. Through the support email I was also able to learn about website staging process (YouTube video link shared by support person) to identify and eliminate the issues in staging environment without affecting the live website. I’m extremely thankful for the prompt and fair resolution that I received.
