Frontpage Banner not Scaling Properly

    When I view this site at 1900 x 925 screen size the theme is perfect.

    If I resize my browser to 1280 x 900 there is a gap of 5 inches below the frontpage banner. I looked into theme files and CSS settings for frontpage-banner class and I can’t see where I can scale that div properly.

    Can you help?
