• Good day,

I have encountered an issue with W3 Total Cache.

When using the permalink structure “custom” – for example: /en-us/%postname%/

    Then W3 Total Cache will create a sub-folder: /page_enhanced/domain/en-us/

It will also fail to create any index files in there, which will lead to a 404 error

It also keeps creating _index.html.old and _index.html_gzip.old

Hope it helps to fix this issue in the next version

WORKAROUND TEMPORARY: ENABLE APC PAGE CACHE

    Cheers
