Frontend Whitelist IP Not Saving

Trying to enter my internal private IP range to the Frontend Settings Whitelist IP Address. I enter 192.168.*.*, get the text indicating all should be good, then hit the “Save Changes” button. Once the page returns to the settings page, that whitelisted IP range is no longer visible in the settings, and my private IPs can’t hit the site frontend.
