Frontend visual editor, new post, edit, upload, change password etc

Hi All

I have spent days on end trying to get this happening but I dont seem to be getting anywhere. Also I have tried most plugins out there and I cant imagine that no one has coded the following requirements or there is no plugin for it.

requirements:

*members being able to create new posts, edit etc all from front end NO DASHBOARD

*members not seeing dashboard option at all. all front end

*posting can be done via a visualeditor like in a forum or using wysiwyg, tinymce etc

*upon registration members can change their system provided password from FRONTend no dashboard.

*members sign in/out etc from side bar or just underneath header area

*members can attach files to their posts again no dashboard

essentially to avoid members giving up or being surprised etc I am trying to make it as easy as possible for them to contribute and post things etc. and so id like for them to have all these functionalities which is available within wordpress backend/dashboard anyways but in the front end.
