Frontend user profile page blank

I have set up the following:
A ‘Members’ page with this shortcode:
[arm_template type=”directory” id=”5″]
A ‘Profile’ page with the following shortcode:
[arm_template type=”profile” id=”1″]
When a member is logged in they can go to https://brandsavvy.co.uk/ecards/members/ and see a list of the members OK. Clicking on the member name takes them to the member’s profile page (https://brandsavvy.co.uk/arm_member_profile/529/) – but the logged in user’s information is displayed!
https://brandsavvy.co.uk/arm_member_profile/529/ – shows this user’s details
https://brandsavvy.co.uk/arm_member_profile/530/ – shows the user ID 529 details!When not logged in, the members page shows the active members list, but clicking to their profile shows nothing.
Also, if I have the Profile Permalink Base set to Username then the profile page gives a 404 error.
