Frontend upload error – upload the same file twice when I refresh the website

  • After using the frontend upload button to upload my documents, I refresh my website and it will make the submission again(upload the same file twice)

    After 5 refreshes i have 5 new files with the same name (with numbers added at the end)

    I have uploaded the file and then hit refresh on the same page, that’s when the error is occuring!
