Frontend to clients

We have a company that performs maintenance on buildings.

We are looking for a wordpress system that will allow me to alert the residents that we are going to intervene in the building. However, the idea is that customers only know about the building where they live, that is, the customer in building A only has access to information on building A, the resident in building B only has access to information on building B, and so on. We currently have 70 buildings with hundreds of residents on diferent cities. I’ve tried several ways and none of them work correctly. The last one I tried was to use budyboss and create a kind of social network with “hidden” groups and put each resident in their group (each group was a house). In this way, each resident only had access to their home, but the problem was that the site was very slow and there were many functions that were not needed, such as timeline, contacts, among others.

in short, do you know any plugin or theme that can solve the problem? it can be an individual theme, premium or free, it can be CRM or ERP. I just need a system where I can communicate the work we are going to do and each client can only see the work in their. The ideia is that the clientes need to see on frontend and not using the backoffice. This happend because we can use the website after as an aplication for smartphones.
