Frontend table with pages blocks the submit button.

    Hello! Very Good plugin first.
    Can You please help me with this little issue? I display the frontend table with entries in the same page with the form. When the table goes in pages, the submit form button is blocked and the form can`t be submitted. How can this thing be fixed?

    plugin does not hide submit button
    it is your css
    please add form and table short codes in different div or any block element

    The table is added directly in the contact form with shortcode. I put it in a DIV but still same problem. The submit button is clikable but unable to submit. It happen only when the table is paged.
