Frontend Submit shortcode not working

I have installed the Events Made Easy plugin, and have the calendar properly showing events that Ive added via the backend. So everything seems to be properly installed and working.

The Frontend Submit plugin is installed and activated, however when I add the shortcode to my page, it just shows the shortcode and doesn’t parse/render anything else… the shortcode im using is copied / pasted from your plugin instructions page.

Am I missing a step?

Note: I think it would be helpful to put the shortcode as a note in the plugin settings page, instead of outside the admin section
