Frontend notification of plugins to be updated

Hi there, I am experiencing the following problem on all sites where PlugVersions is active.

All plugins are updated and therefore no updates highlighted in backend, but in the frontend topbar it reports that there are plugins to update and they are the ones that PlugVersions backsup.

How to fix it?
