Frontend Login Register Account

Hello,
I’m interested in the Frontend extension but have a question on its functionality. I see the demo at https://demo.wpautolistings.com/submit-listing/

When a user registers, how is their account created? Is it just via wordpress or woocommerce or is the account creation unique to the Auto Listings plugin?

You see I have another plugin that users need to create an account to use. I don’t want users to have to create 2 separate accounts if they want to use both the Frontend Auto Listings and the other plugin.
