    Hi there

    I wanted to know if i can use this plugin for the frontend users after they’re logged in and allow them to write product description based on their given info.

    Hi @eddievet,

    Yes, you can do that. To access GetGenie AI templates, you have to set the user role as Shop Manager, Author, Editor, etc [screenshot].

    Hi @eddievet,

    Could you please share a screencast of how you reproduce the issue? Please make sure that there is no internal conflict on your end.

    – Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except for GetGenie AI and see if the issue persists.

    – Reactivate the plugins one by one to identify if any of them are causing conflicts. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.

    Let me know your update after applying the above steps, please. I’m not sure which email you’re talking about. But you can reach out to support forum from plugin details page > Need a Support link.

    I will do what you have suggested and will keep you updated. Before doing it i have another questions i wanted ask.

    Thanks for sharing the screenshot. It seems there might be some confusion regarding the description box you’re referring to. Could you please clarify whether you’re using the classic editor or a different editor? Yes, you should get a GetGenie button on the description box [screenshot].

    Please follow the above steps and check that there is no internal conflict on your end.
