Is there a form for unregistered guests to register themselves? I thought when a customer submits a ticket then an email notification will be sent to them than can be for registration but it did not happen.

When someone submits a ticket form, a customer record is created automatically. Depending on your email notification settings (Tickets -> Settings -> Emails) an email will be generated and sent to the customer email address confirming the ticket was created.

We do not automatically create WP user accounts for customers. If you only wish to allow registered WP users to create tickets, you will need to turn Guest Ticket Submissions off. You can then present the registration form if the user creating a ticket is not logged in.

You can also use the [kbs_register] shortcode on a page as another means for people to register.

    Hope that helps

Hello thanks for the update, I have submitted the ticket as an unregistered guest but do not receive the email notification, and also I’ve used the [kbs_register] shortcode but the page just empty.

In order to investigate I would need the URL where your ticket submission form is located. If you do not wish to share the URL in this forum, please head to our website https://kb-support.com where you can open a ticket and send the details over.

Quick update, I just check email notification settings (Tickets -> Settings -> Emails) without doing changes and set auto assign for new ticket.
And as customer I submit the second ticket and receive the email notification but I still did not receive notification for the first ticket.

Ah ok, you are using our demo system ?? Great.

The reason emails are not being received is that the from address is set as an email domain for which our servers do not have permission to send as. Receiving email servers will likely reject the majority of these emails.

In order to get emails working for your specified domain, you will need to configure WP Mail SMTP which is also included within the demo. Head to the WP Mail SMTP menu item and click settings. Scroll down to the mailer section and select an appropriate mailer. You can use Other SMTP if the others are not a good match. Then enter your own servers SMTP details.
