    We have a frontend error on a client site reading as follows. We have tried rolling back versions, deactivating other plugins for troubleshooting conflicts and updating all assets. Nothing has worked. We also have a pro license but it is the free version that is causing the errors. Help?

    I checked your website and it’s throwing some JS errors in console.
    Did you already went trough basic debugging?

    • Deactivate plugins one by one checking each time.
    • Switch to WP default theme and test
    • Disable any custom scripts you might have.

    Also, confirm your overall website is up to date (plugins, theme and WP core updated to latest version)
