Frontend Editing Feature
-
@creativeinteractivemedia – Your 3D Flipbook Plugin for WordPress and Addons are wonderful. At the present time, given that we (as a retiree association) have very limited use and only one page with our newsletters and other materials we publish for our community – this is a free publication that anyone is able to access – the Pro version seems to be an overkill and the Lite version will suffice. However, I either purchase the Addon bundle (also an overkill) or the Bookshelf Addon only so any book added to our Media (specific folders) would show up on the webpage without having to add or modify the page itself – I am hoping that is what the bookshelf Addon will do.
This brings me to the next topic:
- I would like to know if there is an addon or a feature within the Lite version of the Plugin wherein a few designated users of our retiree association can upload and add PDF newsletters and other PDF material to the Flipbook from the frontend? This way I would not have to give them access to the backend.
- If the above is not possible, then I could create a unique User Role (using the User Role Editor so they have access to just Flipbook. However, I don’t really know what capabilities I will need to select to make this happen. Your help is certainly appreciated. I am a newbie and a novice at best when it comes to all these things – I know enough to be dangerous. Thanks very much.
