Frontend: Change Custom Post Type

Hello,

first I wanna thank the author for this amazing plugin, you make a good work.
Ok so lets talk about my problem and maybe someone finds a solution and can help me.

I want to change my custom post type in the frontend and not in the Dashboard.
As an example, you have the custom post type project-idea and want to change it to custom post type running-Project. Therefore you open a post from custom post type project-idea and push a button, which change the custom post type to running-project and that’s it.

I would be appreciated for your help.
