    Sounds strange. Facebook comments get enabled on the webpage that is either a WordPress page or post. Should be something specific to your theme.
    I suggest you to re-install the plugin after deleting the existing plugin. This must resolve this issue.

    hi Champ,
    OK I have disabled ALL plugins with the exception of this one.
    I have activated both the twenty eleven and and twenty fourteen themes. The issue still exists under both themes so safe to say neither theme issue or plugin conflict.

    I have left this state with twenty fourteen theme should you want to have a look at adventurebod.com

    You are still using version 4.0.0 of the plugin. Please update it to version 4.0.1 and this issue will be resolved.

    Well by heck! Thank-you so much.

    I take it you have only just updated the plugin as it was only the day before yesterday I think that I installed it at this site.
