Front Page Widgets not showing for the Optimizer theme

I installed and activated the Optimizer theme (free version) on my website MystiqueMarketing.net. None of the front page widgets are showing up. I think the problem is somehow being caused by my previous theme because I didn’t have this problem when setting up the Optimizer theme on my other website (thewebsitewordsmith.com). If I simply delete the other theme will it solve the problem?

I’m not a developer so I don’t want to screw anything up any more than it already is.
