Front Page Widget Areas Not Working

    No plugins are active. I have the text widgets with html code (also tried the custom html widget) setup in the First, Second, and Third Front Page Widget Areas but no content is displaying there. If I move them down to the footer widget area it works beautifully, but I need the footer for other things. Here’s my html for the first front page widget area, the other areas are the same, just different links:

    I also have the same problem with the site https://www.themilkymermaidlb.com/. There are widgets setup in the front page widget areas and footer widgets, only the footer widgets are showing.
