“Front page URL contains the language code instead of page name” doesn’t work

  • Hi there,

    We have 4 additional languages on our website and would like to have all home pages just with language code in the link (www.site.net/en).

    But if I check this option “The front page URL contains the language code instead of the page name” the Polylang (or something else) creates the another link to the page that doesn’t exist.

    So Instead of https://www.site.net/en I have https://www.site.net/en/home-en-2 and since this page doesn’t exist it’s an empty page with “Page cannot be founded”.

    Why this conflict and how to fix it?
