Front page template crash

    I am experiencing a problem with the Royal Elementor Addons plugin concerning the homepage of my WordPress site.

    Regardless of which page I set as the homepage in the WordPress settings, the plugin seems to override my choice and loads an empty template associated with the plugin. I have verified that without the plugin active, the homepage works correctly.

    I believe there is a function within the plugin that forces a plugin template to be loaded for the homepage, ignoring the WordPress settings. Can you help me solve this problem?

    I would like to avoid editing the plugin code directly so as not to lose the changes with future updates. I kindly ask you to provide me with a permanent solution or guidance on how to properly configure the plugin to avoid this conflict.

    Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]

    Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content click on Download Export File, and then send this file to our email – [email protected] as well.

    We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.
