Front Page Sections Missing, but visible in editor!!

  • We just realized that 3 sections appear to have gone missing, or partially missing from our front page. The sections “Why ENIGMA-TIC” (#about) has tiles missing, “Adventures” (#adventures) and “Pricing” (#pricing) are completely missing. When editing the page in WP Bakery, we can see everything is where it should be, but just wont appear on the live version. Everything worked fine last night, and we did a big promotion push leading to the website so now we’re feeling the pressure to get this resolved ASAP!
    The last thing we did was attempt to setup Facebook Pixel, and after realizing sections were missing, de-activated any plugin that were recently added, we cleared cache, checked the page in an Incognito browser but the issue remains. We’re seeing the exact same behavior on the french version of the site https://enigma-tic.ca/fr. Please help!

    The color of PRICES is set as #222222. change it to #FFFFFF and The color of The Path Of Master Builder is set as #000000 please change it to #FFFFFF.

    Thanks – we’ve since been rebuilding the page, so what you’re seeing at the previous link doesn’t have the issue we are describing. You can see those issues here now https://enigma-tic.ca/en/home-2/ – it’s not just colors being wrong, sections are entirely missing. We’d still like to identify exactly what’s going on to make sure we don’t repeat the same thing.

    You will need to contact the theme developer as I suggested in my last post. This is a theme specific question.
