Front Page Posts Slider Size

    Is there a way to set the Front Page Posts Slider to a specific size, height specifically? I noticed recently that there is a lot of white space that appears on desktop and mobile underneath my slider images. Not sure if it was an update or plugin that caused this change.

    When I go to the customize screen it looks normal with no extra white space but once I exit, the white space reappears.

  • Hi Mimi,

    It looks like this is being caused by a plugin’s lazy load feature- do you have a performance plugin that you’re using at the moment? If so, it may be worth testing either disabling the plugin’s lazy load feature or if it supports it, adding an exclusion for the carousel images:

    .owl-carousel-item > img

    Hi Steven,

    I recently installed the Smush plugin with the lazy load feature so that seems to have been the problem. I turned it off for the front page and the slider is displaying properly now.
