Fresh install of WordPress, fresh install of Bibimbap, child theme activated with bare minimum css file.

Frontpage displays in Editor and looks as expected however, does not render when visited. Only the footer is rendered. The Editor shows all of the blocks and renders the page properly but only the footer shows when site is visited.

    I’m stymied.

I am only guessing but I think what happened is somehow the part of the template that was a “Header” became reclassified as “General.” I don;t know – but a purge of cache and a reclassification seemed to fix the problem.

    Hey there.

    Thanks for reaching out.

The content would be in the home template, added via Appearance > Editor > Home.

Have you created a page or post for the homepage?

The content was there (in the Editor) however when viewing the site, the only block displayed was the footer.

    Hey there,

Ok many thanks, I suspect the you would need to move the content to page, and in the template, there would sit a Post content block: https://en.support.wordpress.com/site-editing/theme-blocks/post-content-block/

    I hope this helps!
