Front page no longer updating on mobile

All of a sudden, the front page stopped updating on my mobile with my edits. The changes make it to my desktop browser, eventually. I figured it must be a cache problem but all my other pages seem to update fine and nothing I’ve tried has worked.

I’m lost as to what the problem is or what caused it. ??
