Front page meta title is grabbing from posts – how to remove this

  • had a question for this awesome theme…

    I’m not sure why the front page is grabbing its title (in the top of the browser bar) from my posts in wordpress. For example, in the customizr ‘editor’, i changed the global settings to a basic title: “best pictures”. Then, if i write a new post and name the title “lion picture”, the title in the browser on the FRONT (home) page will change to “lion picture | best pictures”.

    how do i change this? i don’t want the front page title ‘grabbing’ or ‘using’ the titles that were meant for individual post titles.

  • Weird, in home should be site title | site description .

    Do you have any plugin which may do that? Tried disabling all them?

    I do have the all in one seo pack which allows me to change the title for each specific post and page, followed by the customizr’s global title (i.e. “Post Title | Global Title”. However, the FRONT page only keeps grabbing the title from one (of many) posts, seems like this is a default setting which I cannot change. To workaround this, I have to specifically go into the post and change the title of the post to what I want the title to appear in on the ‘front’ page > not an optimal solution at all. i’ll pm you the site.
