Front page layout doesn't work

I’m using Customizr 3.1.6. The front page layout won’t format to anything except full width. I’ve had it set to right side bar but the side bar doesn’t show. “Force default layout everywhere” is unchecked. I have a slider with featured pages. The front page layout options seem immune to change. Suggestions?
