Front page-latest post or static..for translation purposes, its driving me mad

Hi, sorry as I am totally new to all this i don’t know what to do but ask.

In the customisation i can choose between
Front page display option 1 latest post or option 2 static page.

Now i designed everything the latest post option because the layout is what i want with the call to action button and parallex etc…

I added polylang translator to the program but i am not given the option to translate the main page, all others are identified and work fine) . Now I understand the latest post is not a page… how can i get the layout of the latest post front page as a page to be able to translate it?
Loo at xgcglobal.com ….. the landing page is what i want to have in 3 different languages
