Front page is huge size (6MB)

    I’m using the “team” block to show some images of the guest house. However, it appears the full images are loading, even though showing only a small image. This is causing the page to be much bigger than it needs to be on desktop.

    I could upload smaller images, but then they get very pixelated and bad looking because of much higher DPI on mobile.

    Maybe possible to take the team member image from a different size than original? Maybe large instead of full will help but still pretty big sizes.

    Any other suggestions appreciated.
