front page has changed

Hi I have just upgraded and all of the front page has changed my custom links are gone and now the options are
- Who we are
- what we do
- contact us
None of these links go anywhere. All the images are the same, taken from my last blog post. and the links dont work, all linking to javascript:void(0)
My website was perfect before I upgraded! I am really disappointed. Please tell me if it can be easily fixed
