Front Page Error

  • Recently updated to the latest Woocommerce. After update, have these errors:-

    1. Header texts on front page cannot be viewed
    2. Featured, and product IDs shortcodes not working (although using new woocommerce codes)
    3. Mobile menu not clickable (in mobile view)

  • Hi @huzaifahar.,

    Check your widget section, Its may be cleared.

    Because sidebar and footer area widgets are also not available.

    Hi Rajan,

    Widget sections are all available like normal, but not viewable on the front page (sidebar).

    And, any explanation on the front page subheader missing and non-functional mobile menu?

    Hey,

    1. Are you referring to the home page title? The output of that is set in Theme Options> Home Layout.

    2. Can you give an example of the shortcode so that I can test on my site?

    3. I’m not having any issues opening your mobile menu. What device/browser are you experiencing this on?
