Front page duplication

    I deleted the front page section, because I din’t know what to use it for, but since then, the front page has been duplicated in view mode. When I try to edit the text either graphically or in html, there seems to be no problem, but when anyone views the page, the same text is shown once again where the front page section used to be. How can I solve this problem?
