1. Could you share a screenshot of what slide 6 looks like in the editor? What sort of animations do you have applied to it, if any?

I posted my site info. About the image, how can I embed it?

The animations were the same as always (Whoosh in). And it’s not something particular to one element. Some with just text also had vanished.

There is really nothing particular about the elements I used. Like I said, other parts of the text also had this problem.

In a previous topic, content was disappearing due to a conflicting topic. Could you provide your Site Health information so we can check for any case like this? You can share privately if you prefer.

@luckynasan I already share my site’s health information privately. About the prints, I had to change it because there were a lot of people seeing the content, that is why it’s showing on the second print you sent here.

@knowstuff Thank you. There was an incompatibility with the “Reduce Motion” functionality in the previous version of the plugin where animated text/ elements were not displaying anymore. However, this was fixed in our latest release v1.8.0. To confirm, are you seeing this issue occur with v1.8.0?

@knowstuff It appears you may be experiencing a similar issue reported where certain animations appear to have broken with the most recent release of the plugin. We’re tracking this issue and working on fixing this ASAP with a follow-up plugin release.

Could you try using different animations on these elements or removing the animations for the time being?

As soon as we’ve resolved the issue, you could then re-add the original animations.
