Front Page Checked! – Cannot stop this check and emails come in every 2 minutes

  • I have tried changing the setting
    Extra homepage checks. (Very occasionally stops homepage caching) (Recommended)
    50 times now…the box is unchecked, yet I still receive the updates to my email every 2 minutes. The plugin works great for speeding up the site but I cannot take these emails.

    Please help to stop this.

    Supercache has checked the front page…..
