Front page background color not syncing

The background colors of the pages I’ve set up on the home page no longer sync horizontally with each other as seen in picture: https://www.sftu.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/Screen-Shot-2015-11-11-at-3.09.16-PM.png

previous versions of the theme corrected the shorter side to match the longer side.
