Front Page and Footer Widgets

Hello,

I am having a strange problem with my footer widgets. My footer widgets:-

(a) seem to be to big for the width of the page and begin to run down the page (I am not sure how the size of these); and

(b) when you rollover the footer widgets, they appear to be linked to the same page and the last front page widget is.

Does anyone know why my widgets are acting like this?
