    Is this for editing text in the back-end or front-end? Is there a way to specify some text to be replaced on the back, adn some only on the front?

    Can I use this on a multisite installation?

    Would like to install on a multisite and have a global settings page where I can enter in the words to replace once and have the plugin affects all subsites, replacing words in the backend of all subsites. Possible?

    The free version is for the front-end only.

    My testing with multisite is too limited for me to answer with any confidence your second question.
