Front-end upload for video

I want to have individual members be able to display their video content(tutorial videos) on their own profile, so other members can purchase their they’re services. In addition, I want the member seeking service to be able to upload their video that they want edited to the member doing the editing. Then the editor uploads the video after making modifications back to the customer for a fee.
