front end upload button not showing

Thank you for this plug in.
I am able to see “create album” and “upload photos” when I am an admin, but when I am just a customer I can not get these options to appear.

I am relatively new to wordpress so if you could tell me exactly how to make this happen that would be great.

Please let me know if you need me to email you a username and password so you can see my settings
