    Hi

My client has staff in different locations across the UK. he needs them to login in to their space on the his site to see where they are scheduled to work, what they need to do and then he needs them to log a daily/weekly time sheet and list expenses. Does your plugin enable this? If not ?? do you know of one that does. Have tried the WP ERP but this does not allow me to test it without purchasing it.

    Many thanks

    Hi

Thank you for your interest in WP-HR Manager.

If you install the core plugin you can access a free 14 day trial of the Attendance add on. You will be asked for card details but if you cancel within the 14 days it won’t cost you anything.

It’s a bit hard from your description to be sure – you can certainly set up different office and factory locations. There is an announcements feature which would allow them to post messages to individual employees which show up on the employee dashboard (and can be emailed to them). And the Attendance addon allows checking in and checking out – plus you can import a timesheets (you can download a sample from here https://www.wphrmanager.com/docs/wp-hr-attendance/5-0-importing/ ). There is not expenses function at the moment but this is the sort of thing we could build you ( see https://www.wphrmanager.com/services/ )

I suggest you install the free trial and have a play around. Then if you do need bespoke adaptations, contact us direct and we can discuss.

    Hope that helps?

Just an additional thought – our plugin allows you to redirect employees to their profile page on the front end (and deter them from seeing the back end WordPress gubbins) – but if you wanted to redirect them on longin to a specific area of the site where they work, then there are ‘redirect on login’ plugins you could also add that would do that specific thing. I don’t know any of them personally so won’t recommend any specific ones, but I’m sure there are several.
