Front-end ticket creation for events (Feature Request)

I have searched every where to find out if this in place. I want to create a marketplace for events such as Eventbrite.

My developer then request that if Tickera supports front-end ticket creation then he can make a clone of it.

Does the plugin already support this feature? If not is it planned to be rolled in as an extension anytime soon.
