………..Just to take it a step further. I want to use the plugin slightly different. I want users (sales staff) to be able to use the plugin to create a “meeting/appointment” (event). Only they can see their own meeting/appointments. The Regional Manager can see all his own staffs meetings/appointments (by Region/Location). An Admin can see EVERYONES meeting/appointments.

Users are creating their meetings/appointments using the front end submission. But unlike the back end you cant seemingly make it private? Therefore all users can see everyone elses meetings/appointments.

    Thanks

sorry at the moment you need to code for this by modifying template file events-manager/templates/forms/event-editor.php

    to use templates: https://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/using-template-files/
