Front end shortcode to allow file upload

Hi,

Can Admin attach/manage the files to customer area using any frontend page instead of using backend(wp-admin console)? If yes, what’s the shortcode to create the page?

I am using woocommerce in my website to manage account and payment. Now after installing wp customer area plugin on my my-account dashboard I can see two messages:
1. from wp customer area (MY account heading and Dashbaord menu)
2. My-account details from woocommerce

Can I remove/hide wp customer area messages from account dashboard? I don’t want user to see the menu/dashboard on my my-account page, I am creating separate link for other details.

Please help.
