Front End Posting

I am using WP for my wifes authoring site. I am doing all of the backend administration and have created a category for her to use as a journal.

What I would like is to allow her to post from the front end of the site, without the admin panel opening…

Something like a text editor in the page view from the front end or something.

Is this possible?
