Front-End/Pages Issues

    Hi, help me please. I installed correctly and added the pages, but the [wpsc_create_ticket] page does not appear in the frontend, the [supportcandy] page appears but nothing works, the [wpsc_open_ticket] page don’t shearch. my website is medicalsystem.net.br

    I only can submit the form when I’m logged into my wp-admin
