    Hi! I can see one error in your website, that before the ending </html> there isn’t a </body>, so you should put it into your theme’s probably footer.php file.

    I’m not sure, if that will cause this, because it’s usually happens, when there is a javascript error, which I can’t see, and the other problem is usually with the configuration, that at the “Always Opened” some level is selected. You can deselect it by pushing Ctrl button, and clicking on it.

    Or this could also happen if the Opened: All is selected at the Advanced parameters.
